In het kort: Je gaat als ICT programmamanager complexe veranderprogramma’s leiden, systemen vernieuwen en legacy uitfaseren, de opdrachtgever strategisch meenemen en zorgen voor samenhang, sturing, rapportage en afstemming met alle betrokken stakeholders. Context UWV is op zoek naar een ICT programmamanager. Met jouw strategische blik, diepgaande expertise en vermogen om complexiteit om te zetten in concrete, meetbare resultaten, stuur je op de realisatie van de ambities van Werkbedrijf. Je draagt bij aan het realiseren van het dienstverleningsconcept door vernieuwing van systemen te combineren met het uitfaseren van legacysystemen, in samenhang met processen, organisatie en applicatieve ondersteuning. Resultaatgebieden en kernactiviteiten - Meenemen van de opdrachtgever (RvB/directeur) in de voorgenomen strategische beweging. - Opstellen van het programmaplan voor inzicht in samenhang en onderliggende projecten. - Inrichten van de programmaorganisatie met de noodzakelijke stakeholders. - Organiseren van de uitvoering conform programmaplan, begroting en verwachtingen. - Regisseren van projecten op samenhang binnen het programma. - Rapporteren en adviseren aan de (gedelegeerde) opdrachtgever. - Leiding geven aan het programma (lijn- en/of projectleiders, -managers). - Zorgdragen voor de balans tussen producten, kosten, competenties en sociaal verband. - Voeren van accountoverleg op directieniveau en adviseren over (on)mogelijkheden van ICT; identificeren van nieuwe businesscases. - Neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor eigen ontwikkeling, gezondheid en motivatie en levert als teamspeler een actieve bijdrage aan team- en organisatie-resultaten. - Handelen conform UWV-richtlijnen en beleid ten aanzien van integriteit, beveiliging en privacy. Kaders en speel-/regelruimte - Werken binnen wet- en regelgeving en UWV-brede beleidskaders. - Kaderstellend beleid van Concern ICT en afgeleid beleid van ICT Business Services; hiërarchische lijn naar de manager. - Gebruik van UWV-ka.
