Als ICT Project Engineer speel jij een sleutelrol in het vormgeven, uitbouwen en verder ontwikkelen van het interne ICT-landschap van Dstny in meerdere landen.

Je combineert hands-on technische expertise met projectcoördinatie en werkt aan een gevarieerde mix van infrastructuurverbeteringen, systeemintegraties en onboardingprojecten. Je neemt 'ownership' over initiatieven van begin tot einde en zorgt ervoor dat projecten op tijd worden opgeleverd, aansluiten bij de businessbehoeften en worden uitgevoerd met hoge kwaliteit.

In deze rol ben je nauw betrokken bij de integratie van nieuwe bedrijven in de Dstny groep, door systemen, tools en infrastructuur te harmoniseren en af te stemmen op de Dstny-groepsstandaarden.

Tegelijkertijd waak je over de stabiliteit, prestaties en beschikbaarheid van onze ICT-systemen, identificeer je proactief verbeterpunten en drijf je optimalisaties.

Je coördineert met interne stakeholders, ICT-collega's en externe partners, zodat iedereen op één lijn zit en samen vooruitgaat naar hetzelfde doel. Jouw vermogen om technische diepgang te combineren met heldere communicatie zorgt voor een vlotte uitvoering, ook in complexe en snelle situaties.

Dit is een hands-on, impactvolle rol voor iemand die houdt van echte uitdagingen, eigenaarschap neemt, altijd blijft leren en floreert in een omgeving waar technologie, business en groei samenkomen.

We zijn op zoek naar een gedreven en oplossingsgericht ICT-professional die houdt van 'ownersip', projectmatig werken en resultaten neerzetten in een dynamische omgeving. Om succesvol te zijn in deze rol, breng jij het volgende mee:

  • 5+ jaar ervaring in IT/ICT, bij voorkeur in infrastructuur-, support- of projectgerichte omgevingen
  • Aantoonbare ervaring in het bijdragen aan of coördineren van ICT-projecten, met een sterk inzicht in timelines, stakeholders en oplevering
  • Stevige technische kennis van: Microsoft M365-ecosysteem (M365, Entra ID, Intune, …) IT Workplace-infrastructuur en netwerken Applicatie-integratie IT Workplace Security (identiteitsbeheer, toegangsbeheer, …)
  • Het vermogen om complexe vraagstukken te analyseren, oplossingen voor te stellen en deze gestructureerd uit te voeren
  • Een hands-on mentaliteit, met de flexibiliteit om te schakelen tussen projectcoördinatie en technische uitvoering
  • Sterke communicatievaardigheden, waarmee je effectief samenwerkt met interne teams en externe partners
  • Een proactieve en eigenaarschapsgerichte houding, met het vermogen om zelfstandig te werken en initiatief te nemen
  • Een klantgerichte mindset, waarbij oplossingen bijdragen aan bedrijfscontinuïteit en gebruikerstevredenheid
  • Vloeiendheid in het Engels en Nederlands of Frans
  • Een focus op security en privacy in alles wat je doet
  • Een oprechte interesse in continue verbetering, technologische evolutie en het aanleren van nieuwe vaardigheden
