Als ICT Purchase Officer ben je zelfstandig en binnen een vastgesteld kader verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse ICT-aankopen. Je zorgt ervoor dat er efficiënt wordt tegemoetgekomen aan de behoeften van interne en externe klanten, overeenkomstig de wetgeving inzake overheidsopdrachten, de interne procedures, de budgetten, de termijnen en de traceerbaarheidseisen. Je werkt op basis van vastgestelde procedures, templates en contractvoorwaarden.

Je voornaamste verantwoordelijkheden omvatten: - De ICT-behoeften van interne en externe klanten analyseren en verduidelijken. - De meest geschikte aankoopoplossing identificeren aan de hand van bestaande contracten, catalogi of raamovereenkomsten. - De dagelijkse en kleine aankopen beheren, van het raadplegen van leveranciers tot het selecteren van de meest geschikte offerte. - Minibestekken en minicompetities opstellen en coördineren met inachtneming van de geldende regels. - Zorgen voor een volledige opvolging van de bestellingen, van de aanvraag tot de levering en de facturering. - Toezien op de conformiteit, de kwaliteit en de traceerbaarheid van de aankoopdossiers. - Bijdragen aan de voortdurende verbetering van de processen en je expertise op het gebied van overheidsopdrachten en ICT verder ontwikkelen.

- Je hebt een bachelordiploma en beschikt over eerste ervaring met aankopen, orderbeheer, contractbeheer of in een vergelijkbare functie. - Je toont een uitgesproken interesse in ICT-producten en -diensten; kennis van de ICT-markt is een pluspunt. - Je bent bekend met de basisprincipes van overheidsopdrachten of bent gemotiveerd om deze expertise snel op te bouwen. - Je bent vertrouwd met digitale tools zoals MS Office, ERP-systemen en e-procurementplatforms. - Je bent nauwgezet en analytisch, werkt nauwkeurig en kan informatie helder samenvatten. - Je werkt autonoom, georganiseerd en klantgericht, neemt initiatief en komt je afspraken na. - Je bent een goede communicator, werkt graag in teamverband en functioneert moeiteloos in een tweetalige Frans-Nederlandse omgeving; kennis van het Engels is een pluspunt.
