Woerden ICT Servicedesk Medewerker WANbound WANbound is op zoek naar een ICT Servicedesk Medewerker! - Fulltime - MBO Wat ga je doen? Als ICT Servicedesk Medewerker bij Wanbound maak je deel uit van ons energieke team. Bij Wanbound krijg je uitgebreide begeleiding en ondersteuning om je vaardigheden te ontwikkelen en te groeien in je rol. Daarnaast krijg je ook de mogelijkheid om jouw theoretische kennis aan te vullen met: MS900, MD102 en MS102 certificeringen. Je bent met jouw team het eerste aanspreekpunt- en bent verantwoordelijk voor het efficiënt afhandelen van inkomende IT-gerelateerde vragen, problemen en verzoeken van de klant. Dit doe je in ticketing-systeem Autotask. Je zult werken met Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365 en maakt gebruik van Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) voor desktopovername. Het is een uitdagende functie waarin efficientie, effectieve communicatie, en managen van verwachtingen en terugkoppelingen Naar de klant centraal staan. Wat de functie extra leuk maakt?
