Met een klein team van enthousiaste collega’s ontzorg je dagelijks medische zorgprofessionals en adviseert en ondersteunt hen bij al hun IT-vragen. Jouw engagement en professionele aanpak zijn hierbij cruciaal, net zoals je teamspirit en vlotte communicatieskills.

Je dagtaak is erg veelzijdig. Je maakt tickets, behandelt vragen en lost hardware-, software-, applicatie- of netwerkproblemen op. Nadat je wat ervaring hebt opgedaan en opleidingen hebt gevolgd, neem jij ook de complexere problemen voor je rekening. Microsoft 365, de Cloud, firewalls en VoIP, netwerkbeveiliging, antivirus…you name it…. na verloop van tijd zijn dit begrippen waarmee jij goochelt.
