Je bent een goede luisteraar, doorvrager en vindt het leuk om je collega's te ondersteunen. Als Servicedeskmedewerker bij Sportfondsen ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor collega's in de Sportfondsen-accommodaties verspreid over het hele land. In deze rol draait alles om het bieden van goede service, klantgerichtheid en het aanvoelen van de werkelijke behoeften van de gebruiker. Je weet hoe je collega's gerust kunt stellen, hen de juiste vragen stelt en hen op een persoonlijke manier verder helpt. Dit ga je doen Je ondersteunt je collega's bij diverse vraagstukken over hun werkplek, kassasystemen, telefonie en netwerken. Of het nu telefonisch of via ons ticket-systeem is, jij zorgt ervoor dat ze snel weer verder kunnen. Je denkt met hen mee, signaleert mogelijke knelpunten en zorgt ervoor dat problemen tijdig worden opgelost. Jouw doel is om collega's op een vriendelijke en servicegerichte manier te ondersteunen, zodat zij zich zonder zorgen kunnen concentreren op hun eigen werk. Goede communicatie is hierin cruciaal, zodat iedereen altijd op de hoogte blijft van de status van hun vraag of melding. Een belangrijk onderdeel van de functie is de beschikbaarheid voor een standby-dienst van 5 à 6 keer per jaar, waarbij je van maandag tot en met vrijdag van 17:30 tot 22:00 uur en in het weekend van 08:00 tot 22:00 uur klaarstaat om de accommodaties te ondersteunen bij bedrijfskritische processen. De weken voor deze dienst worden uiteraard in overleg met jou afgesproken.
