Met jouw snelle reactie kunnen zij meteen weer door en dat voelt goed. Wij merken hoe belangrijk goede ICT is in het ziekenhuis. Daarom zoeken we iemand die net als wij graag mensen helpt en energie krijgt van technische uitdagingen. Of het nu gaat om elektronische patiëntendossiers, beeldbellen of thuismonitoring: onze techniek draait 24/7. Zie jij jezelf al reageren op de digitale vragen van collega's en patiënten? Dan pas je perfect bij ons! Jij bij Frisius MC Als ICT Servicedeskmedewerker help je collega's en patiënten met hun digitale vragen. Je probeert eerst het probleem zelf op te lossen. Lukt dat niet, dan overleg je met je collega's en zet je de melding door naar de tweedelijns. Je geeft uitleg, denkt mee en zorgt dat gebruikers snel weer verder kunnen. Op de Servicedesk ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt via de telefoon, chat, de balie of het Digiplein. Op het Digiplein ondersteun je patiënten die MijnFrisiusMC gebruiken om hun dossier te bekijken. Soms lukt het hun niet om in te loggen of een activeringscode te gebruiken. Jij helpt hen rustig en op een duidelijke manier, zo blijft digitale zorg voor iedereen begrijpelijk. Naast het contact met gebruikers werk je ook aan praktische ICT-taken. Je verwerkt aanvragen voor hardware en software en zorgt ervoor dat nieuwe apparatuur goed wordt geïnstalleerd. Ook houd je je bezig met werkpleklogistiek. Je vervangt beeldschermen, controleert kabels en zorgt dat werkplekken technisch goed functioneren.
