Wie belt de collega? Jou. Als ICT Servicedesk medewerker bij Gemeente Leiden los je het op, aan de telefoon of ter plekke, zodat iedereen weer door kan. Ons motto: 'De IT doet het gewoon'. Help jij ons dat waar te maken? Wat ga je doen? Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor alle ICT-vragen en -storingen van onze eigen organisatie en van onze klantorganisaties. Collega's bereiken je via de telefoon, e-mail, de selfservicedesk of ze lopen bij je langs. Je neemt elke melding aan, legt hem vast en bepaalt waar hij thuishoort. Je lost hem binnen de afgesproken doorlooptijd op of zet hem door naar de juiste collega, en je bewaakt de voortgang. Dat geldt voor storingen én voor wijzigingen en aanvragen: je bereidt ze voor, handelt ze af en zorgt dat de collega goed geholpen is. Niet alles los je op vanachter je scherm. Je gaat ook naar werkplekken toe, wat wij 'on-site support' noemen. Daar verhelp je storingen, patch je apparatuur op het netwerk en plaats je hardware die je zelf hebt voorzien van onze installatie. Apparatuur die weg kan, haal je weer op. Je houdt onze kennis op orde door documentatie en de CMDB, onze database met alle ICT-middelen, actueel te houden. Zo kan iedereen terugvinden wat er staat en hoe het werkt. Bij projecten rekenen we graag op jouw inzet. Daarnaast draai je mee in het crisispiket, waarin je de crisisorganisatie ondersteunt bij alles wat met ICT te maken heeft. Waarom kiezen voor deze functie?
