Je vindt het leuk om systemen aan te leggen, storingen op te lossen en collega's op locatie goed te helpen. Je werkt zelfstandig, denkt in oplossingen en blijft rustig als iets niet meteen werkt. Je kunt duidelijk uitleggen wat je doet, ook aan collega's die minder technisch zijn. Je houdt van afwisseling. De ene dag werk je aan een netwerk of kassasysteem, de andere dag los je een storing op of help je bij de inrichting van ICT op een nieuwe locatie. Je bent servicegericht, nauwkeurig en zorgt dat afspraken worden nagekomen. Dit ga je doen Als ICT servicemonteur buitendienst bij Koninklijke Sportfondsen werk je binnen ICT Services. Samen met je collega's zorg je ervoor dat de ICT-infrastructuur in onze accommodaties goed blijft draaien. Denk aan werkplekken, netwerken, telefonie, kassasystemen en andere systemen die belangrijk zijn voor de dagelijkse operatie. Je bezoekt locaties door het hele land. Daar leg je ICT-voorzieningen aan, richt je systemen in, voer je verbeteringen door en los je storingen op. Ook ondersteun je collega's bij het gebruik van systemen en geef je uitleg waar nodig. Je doel is duidelijk: zorgen dat onze locaties kunnen blijven draaien en collega's snel weer verder kunnen. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - aanleggen en inrichten van ICT-infrastructuur op onze locaties; - uitvoeren van implementaties en verbeteringen aan hard- en software; - oplossen van storingen, op afstand of op locatie; - ondersteunen en instrueren van gebruikers bij ICT-vragen; - signaleren van knelpunten en meedenken over praktische oplossingen; - registreren en documenteren van uitgevoerde werkzaamheden, wijzigingen en incidenten; - meedraaien in storingsdiensten wanneer dat nodig is; - samenwerken met collega's, lev...
