Wegens groei van onze organisatie zijn wij op zoek naar de volgende nieuwe collega: ICT Specialist (24-40 uur) Functieomschrijving Als ICT Specialist ben je verantwoordelijk voor het waarborgen van een goed presterende en betrouwbare IT-omgeving, het ERP systeem en de telefonie binnen onze organisatie. Je rapporteert aan de Financieel Manager en je werkt samen met jouw collega ICT-medewerker, verder onderhoud je contact met alle externe partijen op het gebied van ICT en telefonie. Je bent een probleemoplosser die zorgt voor continuïteit en tevredenheid. Functie-inhoud • Zorgen voor een veilige en stabiele netwerkomgeving; • Beheer en onderhoud van alle hardware en software; • Ondersteuning bieden aan collega's op het gebied van ICT-systemen, kantoor- applicaties, hardware, smartphones en alle randapparatuur; • Overleg en afstemming met Centric, de leverancier van ons ERP systeem, en alle andere externe betrokken partijen; • Actief meedenken in de te kiezen oplossingen en verbetervoorstellen; • Projectleider bij specifieke IT projecten/vernieuwingen. Functie-eisen • MBO/HBO werk- en denkniveau; • Enkele jaren ervaring in een soortgelijke omgeving; • Goede vaardigheden op het gebied van kantoorapplicaties en smartphones; • Gemotiveerde, oplossingsgerichte en dienstverlenende werkhouding; • Zelfstandig maar ook in teamverband kunnen werken; • Kennis van Entra id/Hyper V/firewalls en connectivity.
