Je nieuwe baan Als ICT Specialist NOC werk je vanuit Zeewolde aan missiekritische communicatie-infrastructuur voor Openbare Orde & Veiligheid. Je houdt systemen en verbindingen beschikbaar wanneer dat er echt toe doet. Vanuit het NOC combineer je technische diepgang met overzicht: je analyseert incidenten, voert changes uit en werkt aan structurele verbeteringen. Je draait storings- en 24x7-diensten en schakelt soepel tussen onderzoek, uitvoering en afstemming met collega’s. Hybride werken is mogelijk. Op kantoor werk je professioneel en samen; de koffie helpt soms mee met incidentanalyse, maar jouw kennis doet het echte werk. Bij 2WAY werk je als ICT Specialist NOC aan de infrastructuur achter communicatie voor Openbare Orde & Veiligheid. Je behandelt 2e- tot 4e-lijnsincidenten en werkt met switching, firewalling, Microsoft Windows Server, Linux en VMware/Nutanix. Je combineert storings- en 24x7-diensten met changes en structurele verbeteringen. De standplaats is Zeewolde en hybride werken is mogelijk. - Je analyseert en behandelt 2e- tot 4e-lijnsincidenten - Je draait storings- en 24x7-diensten binnen het NOC - Je voert changes uit en realiseert structurele verbeteringen - Je werkt met switching, firewalling, Microsoft Windows Server, Linux en VMware/Nutanix - Je stemt technisch af met collega’s en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je werk Over het bedrijf Bij 2WAY werk je aan missiekritische communicatie-infrastructuur voor Openbare Orde & Veiligheid. Vanuit het NOC draagt het team bij aan de beschikbaarheid en werking van deze infrastructuur tijdens storings- en 24x7-diensten. De werkomgeving is professioneel, samenwerkend, nuchter en collegiaal. Je werkt met collega’s die verantwoordelijkheid nemen, kennis delen en elkaar helpen wanneer een incident daarom vraagt. Er is ruimte voor humor, zonder dat de aandacht voor het werk verdwijnt. Op kantoor in Zeewolde zoek je elkaar gemakkelijk op voor overleg en afstemming. Hybride werken is mogelijk, zodat je jouw wer.
