Een productiebedrijf dat stilstaat door een netwerkstoring. Dat is foute boel. Daarom word jij gebeld, zodat het is opgelost voordat het echt vervelend wordt. Meestal vanaf kantoor, en soms bij de klant op locatie. Wat ga je doen Als support consultant ondersteun je bij binnenkomende vragen van klanten in de zorg- en industriesector. Geen belhok, geen tickets schuiven, maar met beide benen in de praktijk. En ja, dat betekent: hectiek. Geen chaos, maar wel snel schakelen. Of je nu een printer aan de praat krijgt, een Intune-configuratie uitpluist of een migratie voorbereidt: jij cheft het. Jij gaat: - Klanten helpen via telefoon, remote én op locatie - Werkplekken, printers en netwerkapparatuur installeren en configureren - Werken met Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure AD, Exchange Online en SharePoint - Firewalls, switches en access points beheren - Samen met collega's lastige problemen oplossen en helder rapporteren - Zelfstandig projecten en migraties oppakken 's Ochtends los je eerste- en tweedelijns issues op. In de middag werk je aan installaties, migraties of klantprojecten. Driekwart van de tijd werk je op kantoor, de rest ben je onderweg naar klanten.
