Je helpt gebruikers telefonisch, per e-mail en op afstand, zodat zij snel weer verder kunnen met hun werk. Je lost veel meldingen zelfstandig op en weet precies wanneer je een complexere vraag doorzet naar de tweede lijn. Je werkt voor verschillende klanten binnen onder andere het notariaat, de advocatuur en het MKB. Daardoor is geen dag hetzelfde en leer je in korte tijd veel verschillende IT-omgevingen kennen. Je krijgt goede begeleiding van ervaren collega's en ontwikkelt jezelf stap voor stap verder binnen de IT. Om deze rol goed te vervullen, houd jij je bezig met: - Aannemen, registreren en afhandelen van 1e-lijns tickets via AutoTask. - Ondersteunen van gebruikers via telefoon, e-mail en remote support. - Oplossen van veelvoorkomende vragen rondom Windows, Microsoft 365, accounts, printers en werkplekken. - Doorzetten van complexere incidenten naar de tweede lijn, inclusief een duidelijke overdracht. - Klanten vriendelijk en duidelijk te woord staan en zorgen voor een goede opvolging van meldingen. Waar je terecht komt Reliable IT Services is een MSP in Bunnik. Het bedrijf ondersteunt klanten in het MKB, vooral notarissen en advocaten, met hun volledige werkplekautomatisering. Denk aan support, werkplekken, servers, cloud, security, beheer en klantadvies. Je werkt in een supportteam van 12 collega's. Het team bestaat uit 6 eerstelijns collega's, 3 tweedelijns collega's, 1 derdelijns collega en 2 werkplekbeheerders. Er is veel contact met elkaar, de lijnen zijn kort en collega's spreken elkaar ook buiten werktijd, bijvoorbeeld tijdens een BBQ bij de teammanager thuis. Wie jij bent ...
