Jouw rol als Support Medewerker - Je bent het tweedelijnsaanspreekpunt voor klanten en distributeurs via telefoon en e-mail. - Je beantwoordt inhoudelijke gebruikersvragen over onze software en diensten . - Je analyseert en verhelpt zelfstandig technische problemen . - Je onderzoekt complexere incidenten en weet deze doelgericht te vertalen naar passende oplossingen . - Je registreert, prioriteert en bewaakt supportverzoeken zorgvuldig. - Je begeleidt klanten naar de best mogelijke oplossing en communiceert helder over de voortgang. - Je ondersteunt waar nodig bij administratieve en communicatieve werkzaamheden . - Je signaleert terugkerende problemen en draagt actief bij aan het verbeteren van onze dienstverlening en interne processen. Wat breng jij mee? - Je beschikt over mbo+/hbo-werk- en -denkniveau . - Je hebt aantoonbare relevante werkervaring binnen ICT-support, systeembeheer of een vergelijkbare technische omgeving.
