Van een gebruiker die niet kan inloggen tot een laptop of applicatie die niet meewerkt: jij zoekt uit wat er aan de hand is en zorgt voor een passende oplossing. Je lost meldingen zoveel mogelijk zelfstandig op en schakelt een specialist in wanneer dat nodig is. Daarbij zorg je dat gebruikers weten waar ze aan toe zijn. Heb je een afgeronde ICT-opleiding en ervaring vanuit een stage, bijbaan of eerste supportfunctie? Dan kun je direct aan de slag en krijg je volop ruimte om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen. Jouw taken als ICT Support Medewerker: - Je neemt IT-vragen en storingen aan via telefoon, e-mail en het ticketsysteem. - Je ondersteunt gebruikers bij problemen met Windows, Microsoft 365, accounts en applicaties. - Je onderzoekt storingen aan laptops, software, printers en andere randapparatuur. - Je registreert jouw werkzaamheden zorgvuldig en bewaakt openstaande meldingen. - Je schakelt specialisten in wanneer dat nodig is en houdt de gebruiker op de hoogte van de voortgang.
