Stap iedere dag in je eigen gloednieuwe Volkswagen Caddy en bepaal je eigen planning. Als ICT support medewerker ben je het fysieke aanspreekpunt voor de locaties in jouw regio (heel Zeeland en het westen van Noord-Brabant). Belangrijk om te weten: je duikt niet het systeembeheer in om in de software te sleutelen. Jij pakt het fysieke werk op. Je haalt oude monitoren los, monteert nieuwe schermen en vervangt kapotte netwerkapparatuur. Ook het sleutelen aan kassa's en betaalterminals hoort erbij, dus handigheid met een schroevendraaier is essentieel. Je deelt zelfstandig je dag in en bepaalt hoe je van locatie naar locatie rijdt. Omdat je de vrijheid krijgt om je eigen routes op te stellen, maakt het niet uit waar je woont. Je start je werkdag simpelweg vanuit huis in je baas z'n Caddy. Je voert het kennismakingsgesprek op de vestiging in Roosendaal, waar je ook aangenomen wordt. Daarna heb je alle ruimte om je eigen werkweek in te richten. Je versterkt een gedreven team waarin kwaliteit en een goede onderlinge sfeer centraal staan. Samen met je collega's borg je dat de medewerkers op alle locaties probleemloos kunnen doordraaien. Je schakelt regelmatig met teamleden en leveranciers om acties af te stemmen.
