Dan zou een stage bij De Backenders zomaar eens goed bij je kunnen passen. Als stagiair ICT Support Technician help je onze klanten en collega's met allerlei ICT-vragen. Van een werkplek die niet goed werkt tot problemen met accounts, Microsoft 365 of andere dagelijkse ICT-zaken. Je zoekt uit wat er aan de hand is en helpt mee om het gewoon goed op te lossen. Je staat er natuurlijk niet alleen voor. Onze Backenders helpen je op weg, leggen dingen uit en geven je steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid als je daar klaar voor bent. Wat kun je verwachten? - Je helpt mee met ICT-vragen van echte klanten - Je leert problemen onderzoeken én oplossen - Je doet ervaring op met werkplekken, Microsoft 365 en gebruikersbeheer - Je krijgt persoonlijke begeleiding van ervaren collega's - Je komt terecht in een nuchter en gezellig team We verwachten niet dat je alles al weet.
