Zo ondersteun je indirect de beste zorg, elke dag opnieuw. Voor onze afdeling ICT zijn wij op zoek naar een betrokken en deskundige 2e Lijn ICT Medewerker met kennis van Microsoft, security en data. Word jij onze nieuwe collega? Wie zijn wij? Sint Jacob is een betrokken ouderenzorgorganisatie in de regio Haarlem en Heemstede. Met circa 750 medewerkers en 300 vrijwilligers bieden wij liefdevolle zorg, wonen en revalidatie aan ruim 600 ouderen. Wij vinden het belangrijk dat onze cliënten zo lang mogelijk de regie over hun eigen leven behouden. Als ICT-afdeling ondersteunen wij dit zorgproces optimaal. Ons team bestaat uit drie systeembeheerders en een helpdeskmedewerker, en we werken nauw samen met onze ICT-partner Hallo . Watga je doen? Als 2e Lijn ICT Medewerker ben je samen met onze systeembeheerders verantwoordelijk voor het IT-landschap van Sint Jacob (Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune en Defender). Je biedt technische ondersteuning bij de inrichting en doorontwikkeling van onze applicaties en zorgprocessen, waarbij security en data een centrale rol spelen. Je bent actief betrokken bij het beheren, bewaken en verbeteren van onze informatiebeveiliging. Hierbij werk je aan het verhogen van de digitale weerbaarheid van de organisatie door het implementeren en optimaliseren van beveiligingsmaatregelen binnen Microsoft 365. Denk hierbij aan Identity & Access Management, Conditional Access, devicebeheer, endpoint security, monitoring, threat protection en het opvolgen van security-incidenten.
