Via trainingen en stages groei je uit tot dé drijvende kracht achter het leveren van kwaliteit: goed werkende applicaties waar de gebruiker blij van wordt! - Bachelor-hbo - 36 uur - ICT - € 3.333,- / € 4.457,- bruto p.m. - Apeldoorn - Reageer t/m 22 november 2026 Dit doe je tijdens jouw traineeship Je start op met een opleidingsprogramma van vier maanden waarin je een diepgaande testtraining volgt. Daarnaast wordt er aandacht besteed aan jouw persoonlijke ontwikkeling tijdens diverse soft skills trainingen. Door middel van pitches en speeddates maak je kennis met verschillende teams. Zo kom jij erachter waar jou voorkeur ligt. Wij zorgen daarna voor een goede match. Vervolgens doe je praktijkervaring op tijdens een stage van acht maanden in dat scrumteam. Heb je het traineeship met succes afgerond? Dan ga je aan de slag als junior test engineer in een scrumteam met zo'n acht tot tien collega's. Scrum is een flexibele werkwijze om stapsgewijs projecten op te leveren. Op basis van een teststrategie draag je bij aan het opstellen en uitvoeren van testgevallen. Naast handmatig testen zorg je dat het framework voor de testautomatisering wordt opgezet, onderhouden en verbeterd. Dankzij jouw geautomatiseerde testen krijgen de ontwikkelaars snel feedback op hun opgeleverde werk en help je hen om een verbeterde versie van de applicatie op te leveren. • Je alle aspecten van het test vak leert kennen. • Je na een succesvolle afronding van het traineeship een vast dienstverband krijgt als junior test engineer in één van onze scrumteams. • Je een buddy hebt als vast aanspreekpunt in het team en voor de begeleiding bij je taken. • Je een belangrijke schakel tussen business en techniek vormt en zo bijdraagt aan het opleveren van de juiste ICT-oplos...
