DUTIES: EDITING A 3 PART CAR DOCUMENTARY SERIES FOR A STREAMING PLATFORM IN ENGLISH AND GERMAN AS A SENIOR EDITOR OR ASSISTANT (DEPENDING ON LEVEL OF EXPERIENCE) REQUIREMENTS. EDITING PROGRAM: PREMIERE PRO AND THE GERMAN LANGUAGE. BARCELONA AUDIOVISUAL PRODUCTION COMPANY IS LOOKING TO HIRE A SENIOR EDITOR FOR A DOCUMENTARY SERIES FOR A STREAMING PLATFORM. IT'S IMPORTANT THAT THE EDITOR CAN WORK INDEPENDENTLY FOLLOWING A ROUGH SCRIPT BUT APPLYING THEIR OWN STORY TELLING SKILLS. THE CANDIDATE NEEDS TO BE PRO-ACTIVE AND FULLY MOTIVATED TO WORK AND INTEGRATE WITHIN A TEAM OF FIVE EDITORS. PROFICIENCY IN THE GERMAN LANGUAGE WOULD BE HELPFUL. THE DOCUMENTARY IS EDITED IN PREMIERE BUT KNOWLEDGE OF OTHER PROGRAMS SUCH AS AFTER EFFECTS AND PHOTOSHOP WOULD BE APPRECIATED. THE TOPIC REVOLVES AROUND A HIGH PERFORMANCE CAR AND THE AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY WHICH MEANS THAT SOME UNDERSTANDING OF TECHNICAL CONCEPTS WOULD BE HELPFUL OR AT LEAST AN INTEREST IN FAST CARS. - NUMBER OF POSTS: 3 - PROFILE OF EMPLOYEE: A YOUNG DYNAMIC EDITOR WHO LOVES DOCUMENTARIES WHO HAS STORY TELLING SKILLS THAT HE CAN SHARE WITHIN THE TEAM.
