Omnisport 2B Omschrijving De penningmeester vormt samen met de voorzitter en secretaris het dagelijks bestuur van onze omnisport vereniging. Onze vereniging bestaat uit 4 afdelingen (Flexxdance, judo, turnen en sportieve recreatie) die elk hun eigen bestuur hebben dat zorgdraagt voor de specifieke afdelingsbestuurstaken, waaronder het voeren van de ledenadministratie. Het dagelijks bestuur is eindverantwoordelijk voor het reilen en zeilen van de vereniging en draagt zorg voor onder andere beleid, jaarstukken en administratie. De rol van penningmeester wordt verdeeld over twee personen die nauw met elkaar samenwerken, namelijk: - Een uitvoerend administrateur die de betalingen doet en de penningmeester mailbox bijhoudt; en - Een boekhouder die de administratie voert en zorgt dat de cijfers kloppen en inzicht geven. - Er wordt momenteel gezocht naar een boekhouder. Werkzaamheden: - De boekhouding van de financiën, namelijk boekingen verwerken in Conscribo (ons online boekhoudpakket) en jaarrekening opstellen; - Regelen van bankzaken bv indien ledenadministrateur wijzigt; - Bijhouden van een archief van de financiële stukken (digitaal) en ziet toe op de wettelijke bewaartermijn van zeven jaar; - Contact onderhouden met financiële stakeholders: loonadministratie, Belastingdienst en bank en Stichting Waarborgfonds (m.b.t. verstrekte lening Clubhuis); - Coördineren zaalhuur en contracten OptiSport i.s.m. de secretaris en afdelingen; - Financieel advies m.b.t. het Clubhuis; - Organiseren van de jaarlijkse ALV samen met het dagelijks bestuur, presenteren van de jaarcijfers nadat deze zijn gecontroleerd door een kascommissie; - Beantwoorden van ad hoc vragen vanuit afdelingsbesturen over financiële zaken.
