Bedrijfsvoeringsorganisatie West-Betuwe (BWB) is een samenwerkingsverband (Gemeenschappelijke Regeling) op het gebied van bedrijfsvoering voor de gemeenten Culemborg, Tiel en West Betuwe. Het betreft de diensten Facilitaire zaken, Financiën, Informatiemanagement & ICT, Personeel & Organisatie en Algemeen juridische zaken. BWB is gevestigd in het stadskantoor in prachtig Culemborg. Onze collega's zijn echter ook vaak in onze partnergemeenten te vinden. Een jonge organisatie in ontwikkeling In 2013 ontstonden binnen de gemeenten de eerste ideeën voor deze samenwerking. In 2016 werden de eerste medewerkers van Financiën, P&O en IM/ICT vanuit de gemeenten bij BWB geplaatst. Vanaf 2017 maken ook Facilitaire zaken en Algemeen juridische zaken onderdeel uit van BWB. Wij zijn een jonge organisatie en nog volop in ontwikkeling. Samen met de partnergemeenten werken we hard om onze dienstverlening te matchen met hun verwachtingen. We werken vanuit vakmanschap. Met onze kennis en vaardigheden adviseren wij onze partners en stellen wij hen in staat om succesvol te zijn. Dit betekent wel dat rollen zoals we die kenden veranderen. Dat vraagt om aanpassingsvermogen van onze +/- 170 medewerkers en zorgt dat geen dag hetzelfde is. Samen ontwikkelen we door. Niet alleen met onze partnergemeenten, maar ook met onze eigen medewerkers. Initiatief stellen we enorm op prijs. We zitten in een fase waarin we resultaatsafspraken maken waaraan we ons houden.
