Voor een overheidsinstelling zoeken wij een IFS Handyman die ervoor zorgt dat de werkomgeving veilig, netjes en goed onderhouden blijft. Als IFS Handyman zorg je ervoor dat de werkomgeving veilig, representatief en goed onderhouden blijft. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Verhelpen van technische en facilitaire storingen - Uitvoeren van eenvoudige reparaties en klein technisch onderhoud - Signaleren van grotere storingen en het inschakelen van de juiste leveranciers of specialisten - Coördineren van onderhouds- en reparatiewerkzaamheden - Ondersteunen bij interne verhuizingen - Klaarzetten en aanpassen van vergaderzalen en evenementenopstellingen - Uitvoeren van controlerondes en signaleren van verbeterpunten - Registreren en opvolgen van meldingen in het facilitair systeem (IFS) Je werkt tussen maandag en vrijdag. De werktijden liggen tussen 07.00 en 17.30 uur en worden in overleg vastgesteld. Wie ben jij? - Je hebt affiniteit met techniek en vindt het leuk om praktische problemen op te lossen - Je bent zelfstandig, proactief en neemt verantwoordelijkheid - Je steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen - Je kunt goed omgaan met verschillende soorten mensen - Je hebt een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal - Je blijft rustig wanneer er meerdere meldingen tegelijk binnenkomen - Je bent flexibel en kunt snel schakelen tussen verschillende werkzaamheden - Je bent in staat een Verklaring Omtrent Gedrag (VOG) aan te vragen Ervaring in een technische, facilitaire of onderhoudsfunctie is een pre, maar jouw praktische instelling vinden we m...
