Für die Rhomberg Bau GmbH suchen wir eine:n verantwortungsbewusste:n Immobilienberater:in mit einem Beschäftigungsausmaß von 50 - 70 % Deine Aufgaben Beratung und umfassende Betreuung der Kunden in allen mit dem Wohnungskauf verbundenen Aspekten - vom Erstkontakt über den Kaufabschluss bis zur Wohnungsübergabe und Nachbetreuung Durchführung von Beratungsterminen / Besichtigungen fertiggestellter, im Bau befindlicher oder geplanter Wohnungen mit potenziellen Kaufinteressenten Fachliche und kaufmännische Beratung sowie umfassende Betreuung von Investoren - Aufbau und Pflege relevanter Netzwerke und Geschäftskontakte Mitwirkung an der Projektentwicklung von Neubauprojekten durch das Einbringen vertriebsrelevanter Aspekte zur optimalen Marktpositionierung und Vermarktung Umsetzung projektbezogener Marketingmaßnahmen, Organisation von Veranstaltungen sowie Teilnahme zur Projektpräsentation - Marktbeobachtung Dein Profil Erfahrung im Vertrieb sowie eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene wirtschaftliche Ausbildung Idealerweise einige Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Immobilien- oder Baubranche oder auch ambitionierter Quereinsteiger Gute regionale Vernetzung bzw.
