Dann werden Sie Teil unseres dynamischen Teams! Sie vermitteln nicht nur Immobilien - Sie schaffen Wohnträume, beraten kompetent und begleiten Kunden sicher bis zum Vertragsabschluss.

Ihre Aufgaben

* Erfolgreiche Vermittlung von Immobilien und aktive Akquisition neuer Objekte

* Aufbau und Pflege wertvoller Netzwerke - inklusive Betreuung von VKB Bank Geschäftsstellen

* Mitarbeit bei spannenden Projektentwicklungen

* Erstellung von Kauf- und Mietangeboten sowie Schätzgutachten für Liegenschaften

* Kompetente Beratung der Kunden bei Vertragsverhandlungen und Abschlüssen

Ihre Kompetenzen

* Erfahrung im Immobilienbereich

* Verlässlichkeit, Organisationstalent und Eigeninitiative

* Leidenschaft für Verkauf und Freude an der Kundenberatung

* Selbstständige, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
