In dieser Funktion verantworten Sie eigenständig die kaufmännische Betreuung Ihres Liegenschaftsportfolios (Handelsimmobilien).

AUFGABEN:

* Objektbuchhaltung (Debitoren und Kreditoren) samt Zahlungsverkehr und Mahnwesen

* Pflege der Stamm- und Bewegungsdaten

* Erstellung von Eigentümer_innen- und Nebenkosten- abrechnungen

* Berichtswesen und Budgetierung

* Ansprechpartner_in für Mieter_innen und Eigentümer_innen

* Laufende organisatorische und administrative Tätigkeiten

* Berufserfahrung in der Immobilienbranche oder Buchhalterprüfung

* Hohe Dienstleistungs- und Kund_innenorientierung
