Aufgrund des nachhaltigen Wachstums suchen wir für unseren Standort in Graz eine motivierte und engagierte Verstärkung im Vollzeit-Ausmaß: 1 Immobilienkaufmann/-frau - Makler oder Immobilienvermittler/in Ihre Aufgaben:

* Sie begleiten Unternehmen, Investoren und Projektentwickler:innen bei der Suche nach passenden Büro- und Gewerbeflächen - vom Erstkontakt bis zum Vertragsabschluss

* Sie bauen aktiv Ihr Netzwerk auf und aus, betreuen Ihre Kund:innen individuell und entwickeln maßgeschneiderte Vermarktungsstrategien

* Sie analysieren Bedarfe, präsentieren Objekte professionell und überzeugen mit fundierten Angeboten

* Sie erkennen Marktpotenziale und identifizieren aktiv neue Objekte zur Vermarktung - sei es zur Vermietung oder zum Verkauf

Ihr Profil:

* Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Immobilienbereich oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation - idealerweise mit mindestens 3 Jahren Erfahrung im Gewerbeimmobilien-Segment

* Kommunikationsstärke, Verhandlungsgeschick und ein sicheres, professionelles Auftreten

* Eigeninitiative, Zielorientierung und Freude an vertrieblicher Arbeit

* Sehr gute MS Office-Kenntnisse (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
