Wiener Bezirk und einem klaren Anspruch: Immobilien professionell, effizient und mit Handschlagqualität zu vermitteln. 1 Immobilienkaufmann/-frau - Makler_In oder Immobilienvermittler_In (m/w/d) Zur Verstärkung suchen wir eine motivierte Persönlichkeit (m/w/d) auf Dienstnehmerbasis - mit 20 h Mindestanmeldung flexibel, eigenständig und mit Freude am Vertrieb.

Was Sie bei uns tun:

* Sie akquirieren eigenständig Objekte - von der Vermietung bis zum Verkauf

* Idealerweise haben Sie schon einen eigenen Kundenstock

* Sie begleiten Interessenten vom ersten Gespräch bis zur Schlüsselübergabe

* Sie präsentieren und vermarkten Immobilien mit Gespür für Zielgruppen

* Sie führen Verhandlungen sicher und auf Augenhöhe

* Sie sind zentrale Ansprechperson für Eigentümer und Interessenten

* Sie nehmen an Notarterminen teil und behalten den Überblick

* Sie bauen sich Schritt für Schritt Ihr eigenes Portfolio auf und entwickeln es weiter

Was Sie mitbringen:

* Vertriebserfahrung, idealerweise in der Immobilienbranche

* Ein gutes Gefühl für den Markt und Menschen

* Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Souveränes Auftreten und klare Kommunikation

* Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse

* EDV-Sicherheit

* Immobilienmaklerassistenzprüfung von Vorteil

* Einwandfreies Führungszeugnis
