Wir suchen: 1 IMMOBILIENMAKLER/IN (M/W/D) 10 Wochenstunden Graz & Graz-Umgebung Fixgehalt + erfolgsabhängige Provision

Für den Aufbau und die Weiterentwicklung unseres Immobilienvertriebs suchen wir eine engagierte Immobilienmaklerin bzw. einen Immobilienmakler mit bereits vorhandener Erfahrung

in der Immobilienbranche. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf der Vermittlung eigener Immobilienprojekte der Pleinimmo sowie auf der Vermarktung von Immobilien externer Eigentümer und Auftraggeber.

Deine Aufgaben

* º Selbstständige Vermarktung und Vermittlung unserer eigenen Immobilienprojekte

* º Vermittlung von Immobilien externer Eigentümer und Auftraggeber

* º Eigenständige Betreuung von Kaufinteressenten vom Erstkontakt bis zum Abschluss

* º Organisation und Durchführung von Besichtigungen

* º Aufbereitung und Präsentation von Immobilien sowie Koordination der Vermarktung

* º Kommunikation und Verhandlung mit Interessenten, Eigentümern und Geschäftspartnern

* º Aktive Akquise neuer Vermittlungsaufträge und Aufbau eines eigenen Kunden- und Interessentennetzwerks

Was wir suchen

* º Erste praktische Erfahrung in der Immobilienvermittlung bzw. Immobilienbranche

* º Sehr selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise - für uns der wichtigste Punkt

* º Freundliches, professionelles und sicheres Auftreten

* º Hohe Zuverlässigkeit, Eigeninitiative und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

* º Freude am Verkauf sowie Verhandlungs- und Abschlussstärke

* º Gute Kenntnisse des regionalen Immobilienmarktes von Vorteil

* º Bestehendes Netzwerk bzw. eigener Kundenstamm von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung

* º Führerschein B von Vorteil

Was wir bieten

* º Langfristige Zusammenarbeit in einem wachsenden Immobilienbereich

* º Anstellung im Ausmaß von 10 Wochenstunden

* º Hohe Eigenverantwortung und flexible, selbstständige Organisation der Vertriebsaktivitäten im vereinbarten arbeitsrechtlichen Rahmen

* º Eigene Immobilienprojekte und bestehende Vermittlungsaufträge als Vertriebsbasis

* º Möglichkeit, eigene Kontakte, Kunden und neue Vermittlungsobjekte einzubringen

* º Zusätzliche erfolgsabhängige Provision für erfolgreiche Vermittlungen

ENTLOHNUNG

€ 600,00 brutto monatlich bei 10 Wochenstunden zuzüglich einer attraktiven erfolgsabhängigen Provision. Je nach Qualifikation, Erfahrung und eingebrachtem Netzwerk

besteht Bereitschaft zu einer höheren Fixvergütung bzw. individuellen Provisionsvereinbarung.

Arbeitsort: Graz / Graz-Umgebung Beschäftigungsausmaß: 10 Wochenstunden

Wir suchen eine Persönlichkeit, die nicht auf laufende Vorgaben wartet, sondern Immobilienprojekte eigenständig vorantreibt, Chancen erkennt und zuverlässig bis zum

erfolgreichen Abschluss begleitet.
