Ihr Profil:

* Sie sind Immobilienprofi bzw. Immobilienmakler mit regionalen Marktkenntnissen

* Sie sind akquise-, beratungs- und kommunikationsstark

* Sie legen eine engagierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise an den Tag

* Sie besitzen hohe Eigenmotivation und haben Freude am Umgang mit anspruchsvollen Kund:innen sowie Kooperationspartner:innen

* Sie arbeiten gerne im Team und und schätzen fachlichen Austausch

* Führerschein B erforderlich

Ihre Aufgaben:

* Sie verantworten die erfolgreiche Immobilienvermittlung von der Akquise der Objekte bis zur notariell beglaubigten Kaufvertragsunterzeichnung

* Sie generieren und bearbeiten Leads bzw. Tipps aus diversen Quellen (Bank- und Versicherungspartner, Onlineleads etc.)

* Sie betreuen je nach Gebiet exklusiv unsere Bankpartner vor Ort

* Sie holen alle Informationen zu den Objekten ein, erstellen ein aussagekräftiges Exposé, beraten Eigentümer:innen sowie Interessent:innen bei allen Fragen zu Verkauf bzw Kauf

* Sie bearbeiten die Anfragen zu Ihren Objekten, führen Besichtigungen durch und unterstützen Käufer:innen und Verkäufer:innen bei der Abwicklung des Immobiliengeschäfts
