Wir suche für unser Team 1 Immobilienmakler (m/w/x) Für die Gemeinden: Eibiswald, Schwanberg, Wies

Arbeitszeit: Teilzeit im Ausmaß von 20-30 Stunden

Ihre Aufgaben

* Du bringst Wohn- und Gewerbeimmobilien erfolgreich an den Markt

* Du begleitest Verkäufer:innen und Kaufinteressent:innen vom Erstkontakt bis zum Abschluss

* Du gewinnst neue Objekte und baust dir Schritt für Schritt deinen eigenen Kundenstamm auf

* Du planst und führst Besichtigungen eigenständig durch

* Du berätst deine Kund:innen kompetent und findest passende Lösungen

* Du organisierst deinen Arbeitsalltag selbstständig und behältst den Überblick über deine Termine

Ihr Profil

* Interesse an der Immobilienbranche und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen

* Eigeninitiative sowie eine strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise

* Kommunikationsstärke und ein sicheres Auftreten in Verhandlungen

* Idealerweise erste Erfahrung oder Ausbildung im Immobilienbereich (kein Muss)

* Führerschein der Klasse B
