Als Immobilienmanager:in sind Sie zentrale Ansprechperson für Eigentümer:innen, Mieter:innen und Partnerunternehmen - und steuern Ihre Objekte eigenverantwortlich.

Ihr Aufgabenfeld im Überblick:

* Ganzheitliche Betreuung von Mietern und Eigentümern mit hoher Serviceorientierung

* Organisation und Durchführung von Wohnungs- und Objektübergaben inkl. strukturierter Vor- und Nachbereitung

* Planung und Leitung von Eigentümerversammlungen sowie regelmäßige Objektbegehungen

* Steuerung, Kontrolle und Beauftragung von Instandhaltungs- und Verbesserungsmaßnahmen

* Erstellung von Budgets, laufendes Reporting sowie konsequente Kostenkontrolle

* Prüfung und Freigabe von Rechnungen

* Nachhaltige Optimierung von Betriebs- und Instandhaltungskosten

Sie tragen maßgeblich zur Wertstabilität und Weiterentwicklung der betreuten Liegenschaften bei.

Ihr Profil - fachlich stark & menschlich überzeugend

Sie verbinden Immobilienkompetenz mit Organisationsstärke und Professionalität im Auftreten.

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung (HAK, HLW, FH, Universität)

* Ausbildung als staatlich geprüfte:r Immobilienverwalter:in von Vorteil

* Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Immobilienverwaltung wünschenswert

* Sehr gute MS Office-Anwendungskenntnisse, idealerweise Erfahrung mit ASM

* Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Kommunikationsstärke und sicheres Auftreten im Umgang mit Kund:innen

* Der Tätigkeit entsprechende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Führerschein Klasse B

Vergütung

Das monatliche Bruttogehalt laut Kollektivvertrag für Immobilientreuhänder beträgt ab EUR 2.800,-.

Je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung ist eine deutliche Überzahlung vorgesehen.
