1 Immobilienverwalter_in Unser Partner ist ein Immobilien- und Gebäudedienstleister mit Standorten in Wien, Linz und Innsbruck/Thaur. Flache Hierarchien, kollegiale Zusammenarbeit und praxisnahe Arbeit mit direktem Einfluss auf Projekte zeichnen das Unternehmen aus.

Gesucht wird ab sofort ein:e Immobilienverwalter:in, der bzw. die Kund:innen und deren Liegenschaften eigenverantwortlich betreut, mit Unterstützung durch eine Assistenz.

Arbeitszeit: Vollzeit, 40 Stunden/Woche, ab dem 4. Monat 35 Stunden/Woche zum gleichen Gehalt; Gleitzeit ohne Kernzeit, Homeoffice 1 bis 2 Tage/Woche (je nach Wochenmodell)

Vergütung: ab € 50.000,- brutto/Jahr, je nach Erfahrung mehr möglich

Start: ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung

Ihre Aufgaben

* Selbstständige Betreuung von Kund:innen bzw. deren Liegenschaften

* Verwaltung von Immobilien in technischer, organisatorischer und kaufmännischer Hinsicht, mit Unterstützung durch eine Assistenz

* Korrespondenz mit Eigentümer:innen, Mieter:innen, Behörden und Professionisten

* Abwicklung von Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen, Versicherungsfällen und Schäden

* Durchführung von regelmäßigen Hausbegehungen

* Im Wohnungseigentumsbereich: Organisation und Leitung von Wohnungseigentümerversammlungen

Ihr Profil

* Berufserfahrung als Verwalter:in und in der Immobilienverwaltung

* Ausbildung im Bereich Immobilienmanagement

* Kenntnisse des österreichischen Wohnungseigentumsgesetzes (WEG) und Mietrechtsgesetzes (MRG)

* Gute EDV-Anwenderkenntnisse mit MS-Office

* Von Vorteil: Erfahrung in der Betreuung von 50 bis 80 Projekten zusammen mit einer Assistenz
