Zur Unterstützung unseres Verwaltungsteams am Standort Wien, suchen wir einen engagierten Immobilienverwalter (m/w/d) für die Betreuung eines vielseitigen Portfolios im MRG, WEG und Mischbereich, ab sofort 1 Immobilienverwalter_in (m/w/x) - MRG & WEG Wien, Vollzeit

Ihre zukünftige Rolle

* Professionelle Kundenbetreuung und kaufmännische Verwaltung der Immobilien

* Erste_r Ansprechpartner_in für Eigentümer_innen und Mieter_innen

* Durchführen von Hausbegehungen sowie von Haus- und Eigentümerversammlungen

* Übergabe von Wohnimmobilien

* Beauftragung und Überwachung von Professionisten

* Vorausschauende Planung und Abwicklung von Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen

* Optimierung der Bewirtschaftungsstrukturen und -kosten

* Mietzinsbeobachtung und -entwicklung

Ihr Profil

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Hausverwaltung

* Rechtliche Kenntnisse (MRG, WEG sowie WGG von Vorteil)

* Befähigungsprüfung Hausverwalter_in oder Immobilientreuhänder_in von Vorteil

* EDV-Anwendungskenntnisse in den gängigen Office-Programmen

* SAP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil

* Technisches Verständnis sowie Zahlenaffinität

* Interesse und Spaß an der Kundenbetreuung sowie

* Lösungsorientierte und kommunikative Persönlichkeit

Für diese Position wird je nach konkreter Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung ein Bruttomonatsgehalt ab EUR 3.500,00 geboten. Die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung ist abhängig von Ihrem individuellen Profil und Ihrer beruflichen Erfahrung.
