Eine familiär geführte Immobiliengesellschaft mit zentral gelegenem Büro in 1100 Wien sucht 1 Immobilienverwalter_in Wohnungseigentum/Alleineigentum

Vollzeit, sofortiger Eintritt, sympathisches Team

Ihre Aufgaben:

- Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Eigentümer_innenversammlungen

- Aufbereitung und Versand der Jahresvorausschauen

- Organisatorische Durchführung von Instandhaltungs- und Sanierungsmaßnahmen

- Schnittstelle zu Professionisten und Einholung von Kostenvoranschlägen

- Bearbeitung von Versicherungsschäden

- Laufende Dokumentation und Administration des Verwaltungsprozesses

- Regelmäßige Begutachtungen vor Ort

- Erste_r Ansprechpartner_in für Eigentümer_innen, Behörden, Fachfirmen

Ihr Profil:

- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung bzw. mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Immobilienverwalter_in

- Fundierte WEG Kenntnisse

- Idealerweise Befähigungsprüfung als Immobilienverwalter_in

- Hohes Maß an Kund_innen- und Serviceorientierung

- Führerschein B
