Welche Stärken und Kenntnisse bringen Sie als Immobilienverwalter*in mit?

* Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Immobilienverwaltung ist Voraussetzung

* Ausbildung im Bereich Immobilienmanagement von Vorteil

* Gute EDV-Anwenderkenntnisse mit (MS-Office)

* Ihre Stärken: Strukturierte und proaktive Arbeitsweise, Engagement und Freude daran, etwas Neues zu lernen

Wie sieht Ihr Verantwortungsbereich als Immobilienverwalter*in aus?

* Selbstständige Betreuung unserer KundInnen bzw. deren Liegenschaften

* Verwaltung von Immobilien in technischer, organisatorischer und kaufmännischer Hinsicht mit Unterstützung durch eine Assistenz

* Korrespondenz mit EigentümerInnen, MieterInnen, Behörden, Professionisten

* Abwicklung von Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen, Versicherungsfällen und Schäden

* Durchführung von regelmäßigen Hausbegehungen

* Im Wohnungseigentumsbereich: Organisation und Leitung von WE-Versammlungen
