Implementatie Consultant Als Implementatie Consultant ben je verantwoordelijk voor de inrichting en ingebruikname van de software van Bouwmakers bij onze klanten. Locatie : Vriezenveen (vanaf begin 2026: Rijssen) Dienstverband : Fulltime of parttime Ben jij? Ben jij analytisch sterk en heb je kennis en inzicht in het voeren van een financiële- en projecten administratie? Vind jij het leuk om vragen van klanten te analyseren en te beantwoorden? Maar hen ook te begeleiden en te ondersteunen? Kom dan bij ons werken als Implementatie Consultant. Wat ga ik doen? Als Implementatie Consultant zul je een belangrijke rol spelen in het ondersteunen van onze gewaardeerde klanten. Dit omvat een scala aan taken, waaronder het inrichten van de software bij onze klanten, het geven van adviezen, begeleiden en instrueren van de (kern)gebruikers. Verder voer je datamigraties uit en ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor jouw klanten, waarbij je telefonisch en online ondersteuning biedt bij diverse vraagstukken en helpt bij het oplossen van eventuele problemen. Je zult de software van Bouwmakers qua volledige functionaliteit gaan implementeren (van calculatie tot en met administratie). Kortom een heel dynamische en veelzijdige functie. Wat breng je mee? - HBO werk- en denkniveau. - Sterke kennis van Excel. Kennis van databases is een pre. - Kennis van het voeren van financiële- en projectadministratie. - Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en een natuurlijke affiniteit voor klantcontact.
