Van het praktisch inrichten van ons nieuwe klantcontactsysteem Genesys tot het gezamelijk soepel aansluiten van nieuwe rechtbanken op onze dienstverlening. Je staat dicht bij de uitvoering en pakt werkzaamheden zelfstandig op, binnen de prioriteiten en kaders die de teamleider RSC Telefonie als opdrachtgever meegeeft. Voor de inrichting van Genesys werk je intensief samen met de WFM-specialist en onze IT-organisatie IVO, en zorg je dat het systeem écht goed werkt voor de mensen die er dagelijks mee werken: heldere wachtrijen, logische routering en een systeem dat medewerkers meteen begrijpen. Vanuit forecasting, bezetting, operationele sturing en rapportage brengt de WFM-specialist de functionele behoeften in; samen vertaal je deze naar een bruikbare inrichting, test- en werkafspraken en borging in de operatie. Jij vertaalt techniek naar praktijk, schrijft de handleidingen die mensen ook echt gebruiken, en begeleidt collega's van test tot ingebruikname. Ook coördineer jij het project wanneer een nieuwe rechtbank of organisatieonderdeel aansluit op onze telefonische dienstverlening, in nauw contact met de aangewezen contactpersonen en de teamleider.
