Implementation & adoption specialist - Varsseveld - Hybride - 32-40 uur Implementation & Adoption Specialist - P8 Wil jij ervoor zorgen dat onze SaaS-oplossingen écht impact maken door P8 van A tot Z goed in te richten en gebruikers te helpen er maximaal waarde uit te halen? Als Implementation & Adoption Specialist ben jij de hands-on motor achter een geslaagde livegang: je combineert de functionele en technische configuratie van de software met het begeleiden van onze gebruikers. Wat ga je doen? Bij P8 bouwen we aan slimme, stabiele software-oplossingen voor de fysieke leefomgeving en grondzaken. Gemeenten, provincies, waterschappen, netbeheerders en vastgoedorganisaties vertrouwen op P8 voor het beheer van kritieke data en omgevingsprocessen. Jij bent hierin de sleutelfiguur die ervoor zorgt dat ons platform niet alleen juist geconfigureerd en ingericht wordt, maar dat trouwe en nieuwe klanten de software en hun data vanaf dag één maximaal benutten. In deze rol stuur jij op het volledige implementatie- en adoptietraject: van de eerste dataconfiguratie en procesinrichting tot het creëren van een actieve, zelfredzame gebruiker. Je adviseert niet alleen vanaf de zijlijn, maar stapt zelf achter het stuur om de P8-omgeving, datastructuren en werkprocessen naar wens van de klant in te richten. (Geen zorgen: je hoeft geen ontwikkelaar te zijn of te coderen, maar jij weet wel precies aan welke knoppen je moet draaien!)). Dankzij jouw analytische instelling signaleer je proactief waar datastructuren schuren of adoptie stokt. Dit doe je niet alleen op gevoel, maar door het inzetten van (AI-)data-tools en je eigen functionele en technische inzicht. De ene dag duik je diep in de instellingen, koppelingen en datastructuren om P8 klaar te maken voor de klant. De andere dag geef je een gerichte implementatietraining, analyseer je gebruiksdata of bouw je aan onze community van beleidsmedewerkers, juristen, grondzaken- en geospecialisten. ...
