Import & Customs Coördinator Soesterberg - 3500 - 4500 - 40 - Soesterberg MBO Trainingen en cursussen Doorgroeimogelijkheden 40 per week wie ben jij? - Je beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, in zowel de Nederlandse als de Engelse taal; - Bij voorkeur beschik je over douanecertificaten; - Je hebt minimaal een jaar ervaring bij een soortgelijke functie. wat ga je doen? Dagelijks houd je je bezig met het coördineren van internationale importzendingen en zorg je dat deze volgens planning worden afgehandeld. Je houdt contact met vervoerders, expediteurs en andere betrokken partijen en grijpt in wanneer een zending vertraging oploopt of de planning verandert. Daarnaast behandel je verschillende douanezaken, controleer je de benodigde importdocumentatie en zorg je dat de goederen op de juiste manier kunnen worden ingeklaard. Je zorgt dat verschillende zendingen tijdig en volgens de juiste procedures worden afgehandeld. waar ga je werken? Je komt te werken bij een internationaal opererende organisatie die zich bezighoudt met de import en distributie van vlees. Dagelijks komen er meerdere containers binnen, waarbij transport, importdocumentatie en douaneafhandeling goed op elkaar moeten aansluiten. Binnen het bedrijf heerst een collegiale en dynamische werksfeer.
