Functie

Voor een bedrijf te Zaventem, gespecialiseerd in de verzending van pharmaceutica, zijn wij op zoek naar een gemotiveerde Import Customs Operative.

Functieomschrijving:

  • ?Alle aspecten van de dagelijkse operaties vanaf het moment dat een opdracht wordt aangemaakt, het verwerken en monitoren tot aan de levering aan de eindontvanger.
  • Afhandelen van de invoer van verschillende inkomende zendingen: het voorbereiden van douanedocumenten, het voorbereiden van documenten voor veterinaire goedkeuring.
  • Communiceren met klanten over instructies voor douane-inklaring.
  • Zendingen opvolgen: papierwerk, bijvullen van droogijs, aanvullen van gelpacks, enz.
  • Luchtvracht- en douanekosten invoeren.
  • Rapporteren en opvolgen van vermiste zendingen.
  • Externe communicatie met dienstverleners: luchtvaartmaatschappijen, handling agents.
  • Interne communicatie met chauffeurs en collega’s
  • Strikte naleving van interne procedures, zowel afdelingsspecifiek als bedrijfsspecifiek

Profiel

Wie ben jij?

  • Je bent vloeiend in het Frans, Nederlands en Engels
  • Je hebt ervaring opgedaan in de logistieke sector (expeditiebedrijf, andere koeriersmaatschappij, luchtvaartmaatschappij, handling agent, farmaceutisch bedrijf, etc.)
  • Je hebt ervaring met luchtvracht douanebemiddeling
  • Je hebt ervaring met douanedocumentatie voor biopharmaceutische producten is een plus
  • Je hebt grondige kennis van Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint en Outlook, en andere IT-programma's
