Jobomschrijving

Ter uitbreiding van het operationele team zoeken we een ervaren Expediteur Import die snel zijn of haar weg weet te vinden binnen een dynamische forwardingomgeving.

Als spilfiguur binnen de importafdeling zorg je voor een vlotte afhandeling van internationale zendingen. Dankzij jouw ervaring kan je dossiers zelfstandig beheren en ben je een betrouwbare partner voor zowel klanten als logistieke stakeholders.

Je staat in voor een correcte opvolging van de transportstromen en zorgt ervoor dat alle betrokken partijen steeds over de juiste informatie beschikken.

  • .Zelfstandig beheren van importzendingen van aankomst tot eindbestemming
  • Coördineren van transporten en afstemmen met klanten, agenten en leveranciers
  • Verwerken en controleren van transportdocumentatie
  • Opvolgen van operationele afspraken en deadlines
  • Informeren van klanten over de status van hun zendingen
  • Snel anticiperen op wijzigingen of operationele uitdagingen
  • Actief bijdragen aan een efficiënte dienstverlening

Je bent een forwardingprofessional die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en zonder lange inwerkperiode mee de operationele werking kan ondersteunen.Wat breng je mee?

  • Enkele jaren relevante ervaring als expediteur of forwarder binnen import
  • Een goede kennis van logistieke en maritieme processen
  • Vlotte communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands en Engels
  • Een nauwkeurige en oplossingsgerichte manier van werken
  • Het vermogen om zelfstandig prioriteiten te beheren
  • Een hands-on mentaliteit en sterke betrokkenheid

Mooi meegenomen
