Dan is dit jouw kans om impact te maken binnen een internationale logistieke topomgeving! Namens onze opdrachtgever die wereldwijd actief is in supply chain en freight forwarding, zoeken wij een proactieve Import Expediteur voor het autonoom aansturen van importstromen. Wat ga je doen? Als Import Expediteur coördineer je proactief import zeevrachtstromen, fungeert je als spil tussen rederijen en douane, en beheer jij de administratieve afwikkeling van documentatie en facturen. De rol omvat het vloeibaar houden van de supply chain door vertragingen op te lossen en de klant tijdig te informeren. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Coördineren van importzeehavendossiers van A tot Z; - Controleren van B/L en douanedocumenten; - Financiële en administratieve afwikkeling inclusief facturatie en kostenbewaking; - Afstemmen van douane-inklaringen volgens wetgeving en Incoterms; - Contact onderhouden met klanten, leveranciers en rederijen; - Regelen van achterlandtransport (road/barge/rail); - Signaleren en oplossen van vertragingen in de supply chain.
