Profil recherché : expérience en logistique, import, maîtrise parfaite du français et de l'anglais.

Présente depuis plusieurs décennies sur son marché, la société développe des activités à l'échelle européenne et internationale grâce à un réseau solide de partenaires, fournisseurs, stockistes et transporteurs.

L'entreprise se distingue par sa stabilité, son faible taux de turnover et son environnement de travail à taille humaine. Les collaborateurs bénéficient d'une grande autonomie tout en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec la direction et les équipes commerciales. L'organisation favorise les échanges directs, la polyvalence et la prise d'initiative.

Missions

  • Organiser les transports de marchandises par camion, train, péniche et conteneur
  • Coordonner les expéditions depuis différents sites de stockage en Belgique et à l'international
  • Négocier et suivre les tarifs des prestataires logistiques
  • Assurer le suivi complet des livraisons jusqu'au client final
  • Encoder et assurer le suivi des commandes clients
  • Coordonner les échanges entre clients, transporteurs et stockistes
  • Veiller au respect des délais de livraison et résoudre les éventuels incidents
  • Suivre les mouvements de stocks au sein des différents dépôts
  • Contrôler les disponibilités de marchandises et anticiper les besoins
  • Assurer le suivi des importations internationales, principalement depuis l'Asie
  • Collaborer avec les transitaires et les partenaires douaniers
  • Coordonner les opérations maritimes et suivre l'arrivée des marchandises via le port d'Anvers
  • Contrôler les documents de transport, d'assurance et de douane
  • Vérifier les factures d'achats et de transport
  • Maintenir une documentation rigoureuse des dossiers
  • Assurer le contact quotidien avec les clients, fournisseurs et partenaires logistiques
  • Fournir un support administratif aux équipes commerciales
  • Expérience dans une fonction opérationnelle liée à la logistique, au transport, au dispatching ou à la supply chain
  • Maîtrise parfaite du français et de l'anglais ; l'allemand constitue un réel atout
  • Maîtrise d'un ERP & Excel
  • Intérêt pour les environnements industriels et les activités de négoce international
  • D'excellentes capacités organisationnelles et d'un bon sens des priorités
  • D'une approche pragmatique et orientée solution
  • D'un excellent relationnel vous permettant d'interagir avec de nombreux interlocuteurs internes et externes
  • D'une grande polyvalence, d'un esprit d'équipe et d'une capacité d'apprentissage rapide
