Als importmedewerker werk jij in Hoofddorp op de afdeling Import Luchtvracht. Daar ben jij van A tot Z verantwoordelijk voor het importproces. Voor een opdrachtgever in Hoofddorp is Manpower op zoek naar een importmedewerker luchtvracht.

Jij en jouw collega’s zijn verantwoordelijk voor het afhandelen van import luchtvrachtzendingen. Daarbij zorg jij voor een uitstekende relatie met de klant, door goed en regelmatig contact te hebben met alle betrokken partijen en eventuele problemen vakkundig en snel op te lossen.

Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit het:

- Afhandelen van import luchtvrachtzendingen en de daarbij behorende documentatie

- Contact houden met de betrokken partijen zoals klanten, agenten, carriers, binnenlandse vervoerders en andere afdelingen

- Voorbereiden van de dossiers voor facturatie en inklaringen

- Optimaliseren van het operationele proces en klanttevredenheid

- Correct afhandelen van vragen en of klachten van onze klanten

Dit krijg je

- Brutosalaris van € 3.500 tot € 4.000 per maand

- Reiskostenvergoeding

- Fulltime baan van 40 uur per week

- Direct op contract bij opdrachtgever

- Uitzicht op een vast contract
