Als Expediteur medewerker ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volledige opvolging en coördinatie van internationale zeevrachtdossiers. Je beheert zendingen van A tot Z, zowel op administratief als operationeel vlak, en zorgt ervoor dat alle processen soepel verlopen. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor klanten bij nieuwe en lopende opdrachten, regelt alle nodige boekingen en volgt zendingen nauwgezet op. Je houdt klanten voortdurend geïnformeerd over planning en verwachte aankomsttijden. Je werkt nauw samen met interne teams en externe partners om te garanderen dat goederen correct worden afgehandeld en hun eindbestemming bereiken. Daarnaast zorg je voor de juiste transportdocumentatie en verwerk je administratieve taken en facturatie. Deze rol vereist sterke organisatorische vaardigheden, aandacht voor detail en een klantgerichte mentaliteit.

Belangrijkste Verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Volgen en coördineren van internationale zeevrachtdossiers van begin tot einde
  • Communicatie met klanten over nieuwe opdrachten, lopende zendingen en verwachte aankomsten
  • Regelen van boekingen en het volgen van zendingen met externe vervoerders
  • Waarborgen dat alle transportdocumenten correct en volledig zijn
  • Administratieve verwerking en facturatie van zeevrachtoperaties
  • Coördinatie met interne afdelingen en externe partners voor correcte afhandeling van goederen
  • Bijhouden van planning en informeren van klanten over voortgang en verwachte aankomsten
  • Waarborgen van naleving van alle relevante procedures en regelgeving

Profiel van de Kandidaat

We zoeken een professioneel en commercieel ingestelde medewerker met aantoonbare ervaring in de expeditie- en logistieke sector. Je bent klantgericht, organiseert graag en werkt nauwkeurig. Je beheerst Nederlands, Frans en Engels vloeiend en functioneert uitstekend in teamverband. Je bent zelfstandig, verantwoordingsbewust en bereid jezelf verder te ontwikkelen. Je hebt een grondige kennis van internationale zeetransportprocessen en bent vertrouwd met de werking van de logistieke sector.
