Wat doe jij zoal op een werkdag? Je wordt verantwoordelijk voor de complete coördinatie en verwerking van luchtvrachtzendingen. Zo zorg jij van A tot Z voor de juiste afhandeling van de zendingen: • Je volgt de zendingen op. • Je vraagt benodigde informatie en documenten op. • Je houdt contact met de klanten en leveranciers en zorgt voor een goede relatie met beide. • Je adviseert klanten over afhaalinstructies en/of bijzonderheden. Je onderhandelt met leveranciers en maakt boekingen bij ze. • Je werkt pro actief en ziet mogelijkheden die goed zijn voor klanten. Wat vragen we van je? • Je hebt een MBO opleiding gerelateerd op logistiek / luchtvracht gebied afgerond. • Je hebt ervaring in een soortgelijke functie. • Je bent stressbestendig, accuraat en hebt een goed aanpassingsvermogen. • Je bent zowel mondeling als schriftelijk communicatief sterk. • Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. • Je bent handig met MS Office, IT applicaties en hebt affiniteit met digitaal werken.
