Als Import Specialist ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volledige operationele opvolging van importdossiers van A tot Z. Je zorgt ervoor dat goederen tijdig, correct en kostenefficiënt worden geïmporteerd en fungeert als centraal aanspreekpunt tussen alle betrokken partijen.

Je werkt nauw samen met leveranciers, rederijen, transporteurs, douanepartners en interne stakeholders om een vlotte goederenstroom te verzekeren.

Onze klant is een gevestigde internationale retailorganisatie met een sterk logistiek netwerk en een belangrijke positie binnen de Belgische markt. Vanuit het distributiecentrum in Willebroek worden dagelijks internationale goederenstromen gecoördineerd om een efficiënte bevoorrading van winkels en klanten te garanderen.

Om de continuïteit binnen het importteam te waarborgen, zijn zij op zoek naar een ervaren professional die snel kan inspringen en zelfstandig dossiers kan beheren.

Omschrijving

Jouw functie

  • Volledig beheer van importdossiers van A tot Z.
  • Opvolging van internationale zeevrachtzendingen.
  • Coördinatie met leveranciers, rederijen, expediteurs en transporteurs.
  • Controle en verwerking van importdocumentatie.
  • Actieve opvolging van leveringen, transit- en aankomstdata.
  • Signaleren en oplossen van operationele problemen.
  • Bewaken van deadlines, kwaliteit en kosten.
  • Administratieve verwerking en rapportering binnen de gebruikte systemen.

Jouw profiel

  • Minstens 5 jaar ervaring binnen import forwarding, expeditie of internationale logistiek.
  • Sterke kennis van importprocessen en documentatie.
  • Ervaring met het zelfstandig beheren van dossiers van A tot Z.
  • Een goede kennis van Nederlands en Engels.
  • Goede administratieve vaardigheden en oog voor detail.
  • Ervaring met ERP- en logistieke systemen.
  • Een proactieve en oplossingsgerichte mindset.

Daarnaast ben je communicatief sterk, werk je gestructureerd en weet je ook onder druk het overzicht te bewaren.
