How You'll Make Your Mark

Deine Hauptaufgaben in dieser Position sind:

* Als Import & Zoll Spezialist bist du für die zollrechtliche Abwicklung unserer Importsendungen aus Drittländern zuständig

* Du überwachst die Einhaltung von Zollvorschriften und internen Richtlinien

* Du überprüfst die erforderlichen Importdokumente sowie die fertigen Zollanmeldungen auf ihre Richtigkeit

* Zu deinen Aufgaben zählt die Einreihung von Artikeln aus diversen Warengruppen

* Du stehst in engem Austausch mit externen und internen Ansprechpartnern

* Du beschäftigst dich mit dem Aufzeigen von Optimierungspotentialen bestehender Zollprozesse

* Die langfristige Planung und Durchführung von Projekten interessiert dich

Dein Profil

Die Anforderungen an diese Position:

* Als Import & Zoll Spezialist bringst du eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (Lehre, HAK, HAS etc.) mit

* Du hast bereits erste Berufserfahrung in der operativen oder strategischen Zollabwicklung

* Darüber hinaus verfügst du über fundierte Kenntnisse im Zollrecht und den entsprechenden Importverfahren

* Erfahrung im Umgang mit Zollanmeldungen und Tarifierung sind für diese Position von Vorteil

* Du bist routiniert im Umgang mit MS Office

* Du besitzt fortgeschrittene Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

* Deine analytische und logische Denkweise zeichnen dich aus

* Du besitzt eine organisierte Arbeitsweise und zeichnest dich durch deine Teamfähigkeit aus

* Du eignest dir schnell Kenntnisse in verschiedenen Softwaresystemen an und arbeitest dich gern in komplexe Abläufe ein

* Du erledigst administrative Tätigkeiten sorgfältig und effizient
