Als importmedewerker ben je verantwoordelijk voor de administratieve afhandeling van binnenkomende goederenstromen. Je verwerkt dossiers, controleert documentatie en zorgt ervoor dat alle benodigde gegevens volledig en correct zijn. Met jouw kennis van import, expeditie en douaneprocedures draag je bij aan een soepel verloop van het logistieke proces. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor: - Het administratief verwerken van importzendingen. - Het opstellen en controleren van transport- en douanedocumenten. - Het bewaken van de voortgang van lopende dossiers. - Het controleren van aangeleverde gegevens en documenten. - Het toepassen van geldende procedures en voorschriften. - Het onderhouden van contact met interne en externe partijen. - Het zorgvuldig vastleggen van informatie in de systemen. waar ga je werken? Je gaat aan de slag bij een internationaal opererende organisatie binnen de logistieke dienstverlening. Het bedrijf ondersteunt klanten bij het verwerken en begeleiden van goederenstromen van en naar verschillende landen. Binnen de organisatie staan nauwkeurigheid, klantgerichtheid en een correcte administratieve afhandeling centraal. Je werkt samen met collega's binnen een praktisch en professioneel team.
